Clarifying the classification of licensing data on human services program licensees substantiated as perpetrators of child or vulnerable adult maltreatment and authorizing the commissioner of human services or local social services or county welfare agencies to inform the license holder of the identity of the perpetrator and the victim and of the basis for disqualification and the exchange or sharing of certain not public data with the departments of health and human rights, the ombudsman for mental health and retardation and professional licensing boards for certain investigative purposes; requiring the board of teaching to establish procedures for exchanging information with other agencies for investigative purposes; classifying data collected, created or disseminated by the medical review subcommittee of the ombudsman for mental health and mental retardation identifying clients; requiring the commissioner of revenue to disclose records and information to the commissioner of human services for public assistance applicants or recipients refundable income tax credit or property tax refund claims verification purposes (mk)
