Appropriating money to the commissioner of corrections for increased grants to counties delivering correctional services to reduce state and county probation officer caseload and workload overcrowding and to increase supervision of individuals sentenced to probation; providing for full reimbursement for probation officer benefits and support to counties qualifying for new probation officers, limit; requiring the commissioner to distribute funds according to the community corrections aid formula (ra)
