  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             individual sewage treatment system loans in the city 
  1.4             of Blaine. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $1,125,000 is transferred from the general fund to the 
  1.8   housing development fund and appropriated to the Minnesota 
  1.9   housing finance agency for housing loans for individual sewage 
  1.10  treatment system upgrades in the city of Blaine.  This 
  1.11  appropriation is available for the biennium ending June 30, 2001.
