  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money to 
  1.3             resurface a recreational trail. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $160,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources to resurface four miles of 
  1.8   recreational trail from the town of Milan to Lac Qui Parle lake 
  1.9   in Chippewa county.
