  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $15,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for 
  1.7   fiscal year 2000 to the state treasurer for transfer to the 
  1.8   county turnback account in the state treasury established in 
  1.9   Minnesota Statutes, section 161.081, subdivision 3.
