  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION FOR PORT DEVELOPMENT 
  1.6   ASSISTANCE.] 
  1.7      $4,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of transportation for the fiscal biennium ending 
  1.9   June 30, 2001, to be disbursed for purposes of the port 
  1.10  development assistance program under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 
  1.11  457A.
