  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $750,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of children, families, and learning for male 
  1.8   responsibility and fathering grants under Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.9   section 124D.33.  This appropriation is available until June 30, 
  1.10  2001.
