  1.2             relating to veterans; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             national World War II memorial. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $326,000 is appropriated from the general fund in the state 
  1.7   treasury to the commissioner of veterans affairs for 
  1.8   disbursement to the National World War II Memorial Fund, 2300 
  1.9   Clarendon Boulevard, Suite 501, Arlington, Virginia 22201, as a 
  1.10  contribution towards a national World War II memorial.  The 
  1.11  appropriation is available until June 30, 2000.
