  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $309,000 in fiscal year 2000 and $309,000 in fiscal year 
  1.7   2001 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.8   of natural resources to pay for staff and member wages, fleet, 
  1.9   training, food, and facilities for the Minnesota conservation 
  1.10  corps.
