  1.2             relating to agriculture; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             state agricultural experiment stations. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   University of Minnesota for the biennium beginning July 1, 1999, 
  1.8   for the research and outreach centers, also known as the 
  1.9   agricultural experiment stations.  This appropriation must be 
  1.10  distributed among all of the state's agricultural experiment 
  1.11  stations equally.
