  1.2             relating to health; appropriating money for a care 
  1.3             center in the city of Westbrook. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [WESTBROOK CARE CENTER APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of health for a grant to the Westbrook care center 
  1.8   for improvements to hospital and clinic facilities.
