  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             family practice residency program for northeastern 
  1.4             Minnesota. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [FAMILY PRACTICE RESIDENCY PROGRAM.] 
  1.7      $300,000 for fiscal year 2000 is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of health to make a grant to 
  1.9   the city of Duluth for a family practice residency program for 
  1.10  northeastern Minnesota.
