Relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Minneapolis to issue additional on-sale wine and malt liquor licenses to a certain restaurant, to the Brave New Workshop theatre and to the Theatre de la Jeune Lune and an additional on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the university gateway corporation on the university of Minnesota campus for use by a restaurant or catering operator; authorizing the city of St. Paul to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the Fitzgerald theatre; authorizing issuance by the commissioner of public safety of an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the university of Minnesota board of regents for events at Northrop auditorium; extending the tour boat liquor license season on Lake Superior and the St. Croix and Mississippi rivers; modifying the provision allowing direct shipment of wine into the state for personal use, requiring an adult signature for delivery purposes; authorizing the use of a valid U.S. passport for proof of age; authorizing the cities of Detroit Lakes, Eden Prairie, Marshall, Proctor, Stillwater and Bemidji to issue additional on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses; authorizing the city of International Falls to issue a temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the all class reunion committee and the city of St. Paul to issue temporary licenses to Macalester college for the Macalester Scottish fair, springfest and annual alumni reunion weekend and to the Twin Cities Marathon, Inc.; exempting temporary on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses issued for events at the Minneapolis convention center from certain restrictions; repealing a certain prior provision authorizing Lake county to issue an off-sale intoxicating liquor license within a certain distance of the city of Two Harbors (Ch. 202, 1999)
