  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [1.1497] [STATE SOUP.] 
  1.8      Subdivision 1.  [DESIGNATION.] Wild rice soup is adopted as 
  1.9   the official soup of the state of Minnesota. 
  1.10     Subd. 2.  [RECIPES.] One or more recipes for wild rice soup 
  1.11  shall be available in the office of the secretary of state.
