  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.8   learning for a grant to the Minnesota historical society.  The 
  1.9   grant must be used to make part of the historical society's 
  1.10  collections available via the Internet.
