  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to water; providing for elevation levels on 
  1.3             Gunn lake; providing penalties. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [GUNN LAKE ELEVATION.] 
  1.6      (a) No person may lower the control elevation of the beaver 
  1.7   dam on Gunn lake, located primarily in Sections 20 and 21 of 
  1.8   T59N, R25W of Itasca county, below the elevation of 1358.0 feet 
  1.9   MSL. 
  1.10     (b) A violation of this section is a misdemeanor and the 
  1.11  district court may enforce this section by injunction or other 
  1.12  appropriate order.
