  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [LIBRARY FOR THE BLIND; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $60,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the department of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for the purchase and installation of online catalog 
  1.10  software for the Minnesota library for the blind and physically 
  1.11  handicapped.
