  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money to the 
  1.3             department of corrections for innovative court 
  1.4             projects that focus on nuisance law actions and 
  1.5             prosecutions. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.] 
  1.8      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of corrections for the fiscal year ending June 30, 
  1.10  1999, to supplement the fiscal year 1999 appropriation for 
  1.11  innovative court projects provided in Laws 1997, chapter 239, 
  1.12  article 1, section 12, subdivision 4.  In awarding grants with 
  1.13  this money, the commissioner shall give priority to innovative 
  1.14  court projects that focus on nuisance law actions and 
  1.15  prosecutions.  This appropriation is available until expended.
