  1.2             relating to libraries; appropriating money for 
  1.3             regional public library systems. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [REGIONAL LIBRARY SYSTEMS; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $998,580 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the department of children, families, and 
  1.8   learning.  The money must be divided equally among the 12 
  1.9   regional public library systems established under Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 134.20, for use in providing library services.
