  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; appropriating money for a new 
  1.3             facility for Pine Point School. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $15,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.8   learning for the Pine Point School.  These funds must be used 
  1.9   for a new building serving students in grades kindergarten 
  1.10  through 12 and include a community center.
