  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE APPROPRIATIONS.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   public facilities authority for wastewater treatment loans under 
  1.9   the wastewater infrastructure funding program in Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 446A.072, to be used for eligible 
  1.11  municipalities within the northshore management zone of Lake 
  1.12  Superior, the Ely Public Utilities Commission, the Pike Lake 
  1.13  area of St. Louis county, and the Crane Lake area of St. Louis 
  1.14  county.
