  1.9      Minnesota Statutes 1997 Supplement, section 121.15, 
  1.10  subdivision 1a, is repealed. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective retroactive to July 1, 1997.
