Introduction - 80th Legislature, 1997 3rd Special Session

  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; modifying effective date for 
  1.3             certain facility construction and remodeling; amending 
  1.4             Laws 1997, chapter 231, article 16, section 31. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 1997, chapter 231, article 16, section 31, 
  1.7   is amended to read: 
  1.8      Sec. 31.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.9      Section 4 is effective for facility construction, 
  1.10  remodeling, or improvement plans and proposals initially 
  1.11  submitted under Minnesota Statutes, section 121.15, on or after 
  1.12  July 1, 1997. 
  1.13     Section 9 is effective for decrees of marriage dissolution, 
  1.14  deeds, or other instruments executed and delivered after July 1, 
  1.15  1997. 
  1.16     Section 10 is effective for assessments made on or after 
  1.17  the effective date of Laws 1996, chapter 471, article 2, section 
  1.18  32. 
  1.19     Section 19 is effective the day following final enactment. 
  1.20     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.21     Section 1 is effective July 1, 1997.
