  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $8,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of natural resources for the construction of an 
  1.9   interpretive display in the Thief Lake wildlife management area, 
  1.10  to be available until June 30, 1998.
