  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to employment; appropriating money for 
  1.3             certain career and technology training programs. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $178,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of children, families, and learning for a grant to 
  1.8   the Total Solutions Group University and Summit Academy OIC for 
  1.9   the purpose of providing youth and adult career and technology 
  1.10  oriented training and education at the Northside Career and 
  1.11  Technology Center, to be available for the fiscal year ending 
  1.12  June 30, 1998, and to be available until spent.
