Introduction - 80th Legislature (1997 - 1998)

  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the organization and operation of state 
  1.3             government; appropriating money for operations support 
  1.4             in the department of natural resources; appropriating 
  1.5             money for general support in the pollution control 
  1.6             agency; appropriating money for administration and 
  1.7             financial assistance in the department of agriculture. 
  1.8   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.9      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; NATURAL RESOURCES.] 
  1.10     $1,699,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.11  commissioner of natural resources for operations support.  Of 
  1.12  this amount, $839,000 is available for the fiscal year ending 
  1.13  June 30, 1998, and $860,000 is available for the fiscal year 
  1.14  ending June 30, 1999. 
  1.15     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION; POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY.] 
  1.16     $855,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.17  commissioner of the pollution control agency for general 
  1.18  support.  Of this amount, $423,000 is available for the fiscal 
  1.19  year ending June 30, 1998, and $432,000 is available for the 
  1.20  fiscal year ending June 30, 1999. 
  1.21     Sec. 3.  [APPROPRIATION; DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.] 
  1.22     $963,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.23  commissioner of agriculture for administration and financial 
  1.24  assistance.  Of this amount, $473,000 is available for the 
  1.25  fiscal year ending June 30, 1998, and $490,000 is available for 
  1.26  the fiscal year ending June 30, 1999.
