  1.2             relating to agriculture; appropriating money for 
  1.3             technical support grants to soil and water 
  1.4             conservation districts. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $165,000 in fiscal year 1998 and $165,000 in fiscal year 
  1.8   1999 is appropriated from the general fund to the board of water 
  1.9   and soil resources for grants to soil and water conservation 
  1.10  districts to cover the costs of contracting for technical staff 
  1.11  to implement activities under the state revolving fund.
