  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $357,410 is appropriated in fiscal year 1998 from the 
  1.7   general fund to the commissioner of corrections for the 
  1.8   southwest and west central service cooperative to operate the 
  1.9   Willmar child guide prevention program for children in 
  1.10  kindergarten through grade 8 in independent school district No. 
  1.11  347, Willmar.
