  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $150,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1998 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of natural resources to survey 
  1.9   trails in state parks for accessibility to persons with 
  1.10  disabilities.  This appropriation is available until expended.
