  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [ADDING COUNTIES TO GEOGRAPHIC GROUP III.] 
  1.8      The commissioner of human services shall add Kittson, Lake 
  1.9   of the Woods, Marshall, and Roseau counties to geographic group 
  1.10  III in Minnesota Rules, part 9549.0052.
