  1.2             relating to the city of Andover; appropriating funds 
  1.3             for cleanup of hazardous waste. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of the pollution control agency for a grant to the 
  1.8   city of Andover for cleanup of hazardous waste.  This 
  1.9   appropriation is available until June 30, 1999.
