  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 297A.25, subdivision 37, 
  1.8   is repealed. 
  1.9      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Section 1 is effective for initiation fees and membership 
  1.11  dues paid after June 30, 1996.
