  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to military affairs; capital improvements; 
  1.3             authorizing the issuance of state bonds; appropriating 
  1.4             money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; MILITARY AFFAIRS FACILITY AND 
  1.7   RAMP.] 
  1.8      (a) $330,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to 
  1.9   the commissioner of administration for purchasing options for 
  1.10  land acquisition for a military affairs facility and parking 
  1.11  ramp. 
  1.12     (b) To provide the money appropriated by this act from the 
  1.13  bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on request of 
  1.14  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.15  amount up to $330,000 in the manner, on the terms, and with the 
  1.16  effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.17  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.18  4 to 7.
