  1.3             district No. 2144, Chisago Lakes, to transfer funds 
  1.4             from the debt redemption fund to the capital 
  1.5             expenditure fund. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; CHISAGO LAKES.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.911, 
  1.9   subdivision 4, 121.912, and 121.9121, independent school 
  1.10  district No. 2144, Chisago Lakes, may permanently transfer up to 
  1.11  $250,000 from the debt redemption fund to the capital 
  1.12  expenditure fund for facility and technology improvements.
