  1.3             correction of miscellaneous oversights, 
  1.4             inconsistencies, ambiguities, unintended results, and 
  1.5             technical errors of a noncontroversial nature; 
  1.6             repealing Laws 1995, chapter 171, sections 54 and 56. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [REPEAL.] 
  1.9      Laws 1995, chapter 171, sections 54 and 56, are repealed 
  1.10  effective August 1, 1995.
