  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to education; authorizing independent school 
  1.3             district No. 497, Lyle, to transfer funds from the 
  1.4             early childhood education account to the capital 
  1.5             expenditure fund. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; LYLE.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912, 
  1.9   121.9121, and 475.61, subdivision 4, independent school district 
  1.10  No. 497, Lyle, may permanently transfer the balance in its early 
  1.11  childhood family education account to its capital expenditure 
  1.12  fund for expanding the district's technology services.
