  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to ethics; changing the name of the ethical 
  1.3             practices board to the board of public disclosure. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [INSTRUCTION TO REVISOR.] 
  1.6      In the next and subsequent editions of Minnesota Statutes 
  1.7   and Minnesota Rules, the revisor of statutes shall change the 
  1.8   term "ethical practices board" to "board of public disclosure" 
  1.9   wherever it appears.
