  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; modifying restrictions for 
  1.3             temporary on-sale licenses; amending Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 1995 Supplement, section 340A.410, 
  1.5             subdivision 10.  
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1995 Supplement, section 
  1.8   340A.410, subdivision 10, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 10.  [TEMPORARY LICENSES; RESTRICTION ON NUMBER.] A 
  1.10  municipality may not issue more than three four-day, four 
  1.11  three-day, or six two-day temporary licenses, in any combination 
  1.12  not to exceed 12 days per year, under section 340A.404, 
  1.13  subdivision 10, for the sale of alcoholic beverages to any one 
  1.14  organization or registered political committee, or for any one 
  1.15  location, within a 12-month period.
