  1.2             relating to capital improvements; transferring an 
  1.3             appropriation for the St. Croix Valley Heritage Center.
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION TRANSFER.] 
  1.6      The appropriation in Laws 1994, chapter 643, section 19, 
  1.7   subdivision 11, for the St. Croix Valley Heritage Center is 
  1.8   transferred from the Minnesota historical society to the 
  1.9   commissioner of natural resources. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
