  1.4             money.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of agriculture for a grant to the central lakes 
  1.9   agricultural center for continuation and expansion of a research 
  1.10  project on potato blight.  This appropriation is available until 
  1.11  June 30, 1997.  
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day after final enactment.
