  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing additional 
  1.3             intoxicating liquor licenses in West St. Paul. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [WEST ST. PAUL; LICENSES AUTHORIZED.] 
  1.6      The city of West St. Paul may issue not more than two 
  1.7   on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses in addition to the number 
  1.8   authorized by Minnesota Statutes, section 340A.413.  All 
  1.9   provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 340A, not inconsistent 
  1.10  with this section, apply to the licenses authorized by this 
  1.11  section. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
