  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; providing for independent 
  1.3             school district No. 583, Pipestone, to transfer funds 
  1.4             from its debt redemption fund to its capital 
  1.5             expenditure fund. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; PIPESTONE.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912 and 
  1.9   475.61, subdivision 4, on June 30, 1995, independent school 
  1.10  district No. 583, Pipestone, may permanently transfer up to 
  1.11  $190,000 from its debt redemption fund to its capital 
  1.12  expenditure fund.
