  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; specifying the areas in 
  1.3             which deer may be taken under a license to take 
  1.4             antlered deer in more than one zone; amending 
  1.5             Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 97B.301, by adding a 
  1.6             subdivision. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 97B.301, is 
  1.9   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.10     Subd. 7.  [TAKING ANTLERED DEER IN MORE THAN ONE ZONE.] A 
  1.11  license to take antlered deer in more than one zone allows the 
  1.12  holder of the license to hunt for antlered deer in any area of 
  1.13  the state in which antlered deer may be taken during an open 
  1.14  season for taking deer with firearms prescribed under section 
  1.15  97B.311, paragraph (a), clause (1).
