  1.3             Mankato area Model School for Truants; appropriating 
  1.4             money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [MODEL SCHOOL FOR CHRONIC TRUANTS.] 
  1.7      $70,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1996 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of education for the Model 
  1.9   School for Truants located in the Law Enforcement Center in 
  1.10  Mankato. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective July 1, 1995.
