  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [ITV GRANT; FLOODWOOD.] 
  1.6      For a grant to independent school district No. 698, 
  1.7   Floodwood:

  1.9      The grant must be used to construct an interactive 
  1.10  television transmission line.  This appropriation is only 
  1.11  available to the extent it is matched by the district with local 
  1.12  and nonlocal sources.  The district may levy up to $....... to
