  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.7      Laws 1990, chapter 566, section 9, as amended by Laws 1992, 
  1.8   chapter 569, section 36, and Laws 1994, chapter 618, article 1, 
  1.9   section 47, is repealed. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
