  1.3             from the bond proceeds fund for improvements to the 
  1.4             Lake Superior Zoological Gardens. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.8   department of trade and economic development for a grant to the 
  1.9   city of Duluth for the purpose of constructing improvements to 
  1.10  the Lake Superior Zoological Gardens.  The appropriation is 
  1.11  available for the biennium ending June 30, 1997.
