  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to appropriations; authorizing funding to 
  1.3             train criminal justice officials in interviewing child 
  1.4             sexual abuse victims; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of human services for the fiscal biennium ending 
  1.9   June 30, 1997, to provide grants to agencies for 
  1.10  interdisciplinary training of criminal justice officials who 
  1.11  conduct forensic interviews of children who report being 
  1.12  sexually abused.
