  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to the Minnesota board on aging; the Indian 
  1.3             elder access program; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS; INDIAN ELDER ACCESS PROGRAM.] 
  1.6      $110,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   Minnesota board on aging, for the biennium ending June 30, 1997, 
  1.8   to fund a coordinator for the state Indian elderly access 
  1.9   program.
