  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; authorizing independent school 
  1.3             district No. 548, Pelican Rapids, to transfer funds 
  1.4             from general fund to capital expenditure fund. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [PELICAN RAPIDS.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912 and 
  1.8   121.9121, or any other law to the contrary, on June 30, 1995, 
  1.9   independent school district No. 548, Pelican Rapids, may 
  1.10  permanently transfer an amount not to exceed $200,000 from the 
  1.11  general fund to the capital expenditure fund for technology 
  1.12  integration. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.14     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
